Christmas time always replaces our grey days by brightness and peaceful moments! Forget about worries, bills to pay, house cleaning and children homework. As every year during this exceptional event, six Christmas markets settle down in the centre of Colmar, each one with its own atmosphere and specificities. From 23 November to 6 January, Colmar wears its ceremonial garment : it is a unique opportunity to stroll through the streets of the city, to marvel at the glittering facades of the timbered houses, to smell the flavours of gingerbread, cinnamon and hot wine, to marvel at the work of craftsmen who speak about their craft and know-how with passion.
At this occasion, everyone will find what pleases him, to bring back home wonderful memories and pictures : one of the six villages (the kids, craft, traditionnal…) and their small houses filled with wonder, surprises and sweetness, the giant ice rink Place Rapp, the exhibition of art crafts, the wine fair with its various producers… and above all, the giant mailbox on the market of small Venice, for everyone to address his most secret wishes to Santa Claus !
